Payment & Shipping

We offer flat rate postage of $2.95 for all card orders. Toddler tints are shipped at a rate of $8.50 for the first one. All other products are priced accordingly.

Express orders or tracking is available at an additional cost.

For International customers, please contact us with details of which product you are interested in, quantities, and we will advise the postage cost.

Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders, please allow two weeks for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow three weeks.

Shipping times are a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.

We use Australia Post which delivers to any address in Australia.

Yes, we deliver to International customers. Please contact us with details of which product you are interested in, quantities, and we will advise the postage cost.

How to order Invitations

How do I place an invitation order?

Simply browse through our portfolio, select a design you like and email us with your inquiry.

For custom orders: Please email us (or arrange appointment) with some details of the look you’re after, a design brief, colour palettes etc and we can discuss from there.

Is there somewhere I can view your products in person?

All our items are available for viewing online. We do not have a physical show room- instead our website is our ultimate show room. If you have any further questions regarding any of our items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We do offer one on one contact time for South Australian residents by appointment only, please contact us to discuss further.

How much will my stationEry cost?

The cost of your stationery can vary depending on the style you choose. Our invitations range from $2-$14, we sell the $7-$9 range the most. We do appreciate that you may have a budget and are happy to discuss your options.

How much stationEry should we order?

Allow one invitation per couple or one per family. Make sure to include interstate, international guests and some spares as well, you may need more than you think.

What about the reply date?

Your RSVP should be set approx 4-6 weeks prior to the day. 4 weeks if it is a local event and 6 weeks if it is a destination wedding.

Should I order extra invitations or can I get them later?

You should definitely include some spares at the time of placing your order. It’s advisable to get 5 spares to allow for any extra guests. Any additional print order at a later stage will incur an extra fee.

Do I get to check the wording before our stationEry is printed?

Absolutely, in fact you will be given two sets of proofs, one initial proof where changes can be made and then one final proof for your approval.

When should I order event stationEry?

It’s best to start the process early. For Save the Date cards, we suggest you send these out as soon as you have set the date for your wedding day, or at least a year in advance. We do suggest mailing your wedding invitations 2 months before your big day. This would mean ordering your invitations 4 months before you want to post them out. To be safe we suggest you start looking 6-8 months prior to the big day, the more time you have the better.

Are there any minimum purchase quantities?

We understand that each event is different, some are big some are small. We have a 20 piece minimum order on our handmade invitations. Should you require less than the minimum, we still may be able to help you for a surcharge.

Can I change the wording of stationery I see on the website?

Yes. All wording on the website is an example only. You can have any wording you would like, which we will then set to fit into the design, this is all included in the price.

Can I change designs to suit my styling?

Absolutely, all colours, fonts and designs are specifically created to suit your styling and colour palette, this is what makes our service so unique. Best of all this comes at no obligation and is free of charge to you. Here at Yours Deerly we pride ourselves in making sure we achieve the stationery suite you desire.

When do we send our wedding stationery?

Your stationary should reach your guests 8 weeks prior to your day. If you’re hand delivering or if your wedding falls on a holiday, we suggest a couple of weeks earlier.

What other items might we need?

Other than invitations, you may also need accessories like reply cards, maps, wishing well or registry cards, place cards, thank you cards, order of service and menus just to name a few. When it comes to stationary we can arrange all your stationery needs so please contact us we are more then happy to help.
